Father's Day (6/19)

Well, a lot has happened.  Geoff celebrated his 1st Father's Day by finishing our entry way bench and then we went up to Spokane to see Geoff's family.

Here are some pictures of the weekends fun!

The couple we bought our house from left some rough cut cedar in the shop.  Geoff saw that and envisioned an entry way bench (without spending any money!!!  A huge benefit in talking Jocelyn into letting him do one of his projects!).  He talked his dad to bringing down the planar a while back and they planed the boards.  Geoff  then began sanding, staining and cutting to size.  Here is a picture of the final product.

Geoff, showing off (and pretty proud) of his creation.  It even hides the dog food!!!!!!!!!!

Up in Spokane at Kris and Galen's.  Morgan wanted only to play, not to change shoes - as evidenced by her desire to "get out!!!"

There was quite the sword fight between the brothers Pearson & Josh.  Don't let this picture fool ya, Lane got quite a few whacks in on his cousins as well!  At one point, Little Cora even joined in.

Logan decided it was too cold outside, so he and his mom (Geoff's little-big sister Bean) enjoyed watching all the action from the kitchen.

After dinner, the girl cousins (Cora, Aislyn & Morgan) had a little tummy time fun.  It was neat to watch Cora & Morgan entertain and play very carefully with Aislyn.

Logan got some tummy time of his own, and looked pretty good doing it!

Jocelyn and Aislyn.  Aislyn is 16.5 weeks in all these pictures.
